An early bird rate is available until March 10th. After that date, the regular rate will be charged. Speakers are required to register by January 31st.
On the first screen of the registration form, please enter and submit your registration code (if you have received one - available for members of ISfTeH, Telehealth Quality Group, EHTEL, PGEU, ICN, Millennia2025 Foundation, IFMSA, EMSA, EPSA), or otherwise just click the link to the registration form.
This will take you to the next page where you have to submit your contact details and your profile and select your registration type (full registration, 1-day registration, or speaker registration).
In the following screen, you can then click a link to submit your payment per credit or debit card (accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). This will re-direct you to the secure payment site of Europabank where you can enter your card details and confirm your payment.
Or you can also make payment per bank wire transfer (bank account details will be mentioned on the screen and will also be sent to your e-mail address). In case of payment per bank transfer, please make sure your payment is done within 7 days of your registration.
After submitting your registration and payment you will receive a final confirmation e-mail. Bring this message with you to Med-e-Tel to obtain your entrance badge for the event.
