To make a hotel reservation at the above conditions for your stay in Luxembourg during Med-e-Tel, please go to https://conventions.lcto.lu/en/med-e-tel-2015, click on "BOOK A HOTEL", fill out the following access code: MED2015 and click VALIDATE to go to the actual reservation page.
And you will need a valid VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Please note that the credit card will only serve as a guarantee and will not be debited when you make the reservation. Payment will be made once you get to the hotel.
After March 6, 2015 room availability and the listed rates cannot be guaranteed anymore!
For participants that do not have a credit card, the reservation can be done by using this reservation form (click to download).
However, in this case, the hotel will need a full prepayment and you will receive an invoice with all the bank details, so that you can arrange for a bank wire transfer in due course.
